This comprehensive modernization is turning the towers into a "Green Building", a structure whose operation is ecologically sustainable, boasts low resource consumption and offers a highly-user-friendly architecture. This holistic approach not only offers an improved working environment for employees, but also delivers greater economy as a result of the space gained through the conversion, not to mention greater openness. Thanks to the utilization of modern building technology, the consumption of heating energy, water and electricity will be reduced by 50 percent on average, resulting in a reduction in CO2 emissions of 55%.
